We are currently seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years post-admission experience practicing in Family Law

Strong experience managing family law matters, including parenting and property matters

Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team environment

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Current Australian Driver License essential

Tasks & Responsibilities

Conduct initial client consultations and provide practical legal advice

Manage family law matters from commencement through to resolution

Attend court appearances and advocacy work where required

Handle parenting and property matters across a varied client base

Maintain carriage of your own files with support available from the wider team when required

A willingness to assist in other areas of general practice will be viewed favorably

Travel between our Gympie and Nambour offices on a regular basis to attend clients
