Job Descriptions
Lead and supervise a team of 8–12 technical service members in the maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems) at client sites.
Oversee the full service and maintenance workflow, including service planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and timely project completion.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing service-related issues, expectations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating technical and non-technical tasks while driving customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Skills / Experience Required
Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Hands-on experience with Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems (EACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and CCTV systems.
Experience in security system configuration, application programming, and third-party system integration is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and customer service skills with a proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
