DUTIES INVOLVED

Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience

Adapt to different kitchens and environments while delivering mouth-watering dishes

Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation and comfort within camp and village facilities and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification)

Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

Previous experience working in remote environments or camps (highly advantageous)

Ability to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
