You will be the bridge between guests and the finest dining and lifestyle experiences our client has to offer. This role is pivotal in enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring memorable stays through thoughtful recommendations, seamless service coordination, and authentic local knowledge.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily Concierge operations and ensure appropriate manpower deployment
• Coordinate VIP arrivals/departures and limousine movements
• Oversee Lobby Greeter operations during peak group arrivals, departures, functions, and events
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Manage limousine bookings, job assignments, billing, and revenue forecasting
• Plan and review staff rosters to achieve productivity and service goals
• Ensure LQA standards are consistently maintained
• Conduct service audits and coach team members on service standards
• Maintain strong presence at the Lobby and Driveway to ensure smooth operations
• Lead, train, monitor, evaluate, and develop Concierge team members
• Ensure grooming, safety, security, inventory, and workplace standards are maintained
• Handle telephone enquiries and ensure timely completion of guest pick-up and delivery requests
• Build strong partnerships with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service

What we're looking for

Member of Les Clefs d’Or / Society of the Golden Keys, Singapore – essential
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar Concierge leadership position
Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and related hotel systems
Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional, friendly, and engaging service approach
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to handle guest issues and operational challenges effectively
Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality and Concierge operations
