Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Technical Service Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to determine product failures.

Execute rework and functional testing of returned electric motor products in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.

Document findings with supporting data, including test results and failure analysis, while escalating complex issues to engineering teams.

Prepare structured inspection reports and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.

Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and basic servicing at customer locations, ensuring thorough documentation of all activities.

Manage the issuance and return of loan units and maintain proper tracking of loan inventory.

Assemble and configure demo units, ensuring they meet application requirements for customer demonstrations.

Provide feedback on recurring issues, assist in enhancing troubleshooting guides, and maintain tools and workspace effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electric motors or industrial automation.

Basic understanding of motor systems and hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.

Ability to use measurement tools effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills with clear communication and report writing ability.

Customer-oriented attitude, responsible, and detail-focused.
