Description
Reporting to the CEO/GM, you will:
- Lead the finance and accounting function across the Singapore headquarters and regional entities
- Oversee monthly group consolidation and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS requirements
- Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring strong governance, controls and reporting accuracy
- Prepare monthly management reports, board reporting packs and financial analysis for senior leadership
- Partner business stakeholders to provide insights on margins, working capital, inventory management, cash flow and operational performance
- Lead annual statutory audits and serve as the key liaison with external auditors and advisors
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure, intercompany transactions and group compliance requirements
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis, reporting enhancements and business partnering activities
Profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, qualified CA, CPA, ACCA with at least 10 years of working experience
- Proven finance leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment
- Strong expertise in group consolidation, IFRS reporting and multi-entity finance operations
- Experience managing external audits and engaging senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
- Hands-on leader with strong people management skills, managing a team of up to 10 headcounts
