About the Opportunity

Accurate Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and experienced Production Workers with a Forklift Licence to join our client's busy manufacturing team in Geebung.

This is a hands-on role within an established manufacturing and engineering environment, involving a range of production, machinery operation and forklift duties. Full training will be provided on the machinery and processes.

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, physically fit, safety-focused and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in securing ongoing employment.

Your Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

Assisting with the operation of manufacturing machinery – full training provided

Operating forklifts to safely move products and materials

Loading, unloading and transferring materials as required

Labelling, stacking and storing cleaned or processed products

Assisting with general production and labouring duties

Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards

Completing daily production paperwork and documentation

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area

Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Current and valid forklift licence

Previous forklift operating experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, production or machine operation is preferred

Physically fit and comfortable working in a labour-intensive environment

Willingness to work across day, afternoon and night shifts

Ability to commit to a 2-week shift rotation

Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions

Ability to use, or willingness to learn how to use, micrometers and verniers

Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A genuine commitment to ongoing, long-term employment
