We’re looking for a Sales Associate to work directly alongside one of our lead residential agents in the Lake Macquarie market. This is a salaried role with a clear pathway into sales for the right person. You’ll learn the business from the inside — managing buyer relationships, running open homes, driving pipeline activity, and playing a hands-on role in getting properties sold.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and nurturing buyer relationships throughout active sales campaigns

• Conducting open homes and private inspections on behalf of the lead agent

• Following up with buyers post-inspection to gauge interest and gather market feedback

• Driving pipeline activity through proactive buyer communication and prospecting support

• Coordinating with the team to ensure seamless, high-quality campaign delivery

What we’re looking for

• Highly organized, reliable, and able to back yourself in a fast-moving environment

• Local knowledge of the Lake Macquarie area is a plus
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
