What you'll do

In this role you will:
- Speak with fellow enthusiasts and provide expert insurance guidance
- Help customers arrange new cover or update existing policies
- Build genuine connections through shared interests and vehicle knowledge
- Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and efficient support
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance targets
- Complete a comprehensive 7-week full-time training program
What you'll bring
- Genuine passion for cars, motorcycles or motoring culture
- Strong customer service experience
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to simplify information for customers
- Confidence using technology and multiple systems
- Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to the Tuesday to Saturday roster
- A suitable home office setup, or willingness to create one

Shift & Training Information
We are currently recruiting for:
- Tuesday to Saturday | 37.5 hours per week - Start window between 8am and 10am
You will complete 7 weeks of full-time onsite training in Toowoomba before moving into hybrid working arrangements.
'Start window' means your rostered start time may vary within the listed hours. You must be able to fully commit to the shift option selected.
