Level 3 Engineer - Projects

Essendon | On Site | $100k-125k plus super, depending on experience

This is a project focused engineering role where you'll own the end to end migration of clients onto a private cloud platform as well as working across a varied client base from small businesses through to complex corporate environments.

The Role

You'll be the key technical driver on customer migrations and infrastructure deployments, working autonomously within an experienced engineering team.

Day to day you can expect a mix of cloud migrations, network hardware rollouts, phone system deployments, and internet service provisioning - no two projects are identical.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver infrastructure deployments across a range of client types and complexity levels

Engage directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle to set expectations and keep things on track

Integrate third party software into a private cloud environment and troubleshoot where things don't go to plan

Liaise with vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving

Build out documentation - configurations, designs, deployment steps

Hand over cleanly to support teams with everything they need to hit the ground running

Train clients on platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, and SharePoint

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in an MSP environment

Strong Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) project experience

Advanced Intune and Entra ID experience

Solid Azure infrastructure and cloud experience

Experience with Essential8

PowerShell scripting and automation skills

Australian working rights and current drivers licence
