About the Role

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our growing Life Ready Floreat location. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

The position is permanent part-time, offering 20-25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours at other Life Ready locations. Successful candidates must be available for early starts and/or late finishes.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service

· Managing appointments, bookings, and clinician schedules

· Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries

· Processing payments such as Medicare and private health claims

· Assisting with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations

· Ensuring the reception area remains professional and welcoming

About You

We are looking for someone who:

· Has previous customer service, reception or administration experience

· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

· Takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a team

· Has a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
