The Role

We are seeking an experienced Hands-On HD Supervisor to join our team on a 2:2 roster supporting a large-scale NT mining operation.

This is a working supervisor role. You will lead by example, providing technical guidance and day-to-day direction to a small team while remaining actively involved in diagnostics, repairs and maintenance activities.

You will work across a diverse fleet including:

CAT loaders, dozers and ancillary equipment

Moxy articulated dump trucks

Franna cranes and body trucks

Cummins power generation equipment

Various mining and civil mobile plant

This is a new site with a solid team culture. The environment is fast-paced, challenging and rewarding.

You will be supported by experienced HD Fitters and Servicepersons and will play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities, prioritising workloads and maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small maintenance team

Coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities

Provide hands-on diagnostics and fault finding

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy mobile equipment

Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently

Liaise with site representatives and Wilson Diesel Services management

Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance activities

Promote a positive safety culture and lead by example
