Overview
This role provides administrative support for worship services, and communications across the church.
Key Responsibilities
Worship Services Support: Coordinate with speakers and worship teams to prepare service slides, announcements, and related materials for weekly English worship services. Manage service rosters and scheduling.
Administration: Create and manage online event registration forms, maintain the church calendar and web links, report copyright usage to CCLI, and compile annual conference reports.
Communications: Support congregational engagement through publicity and communications materials, including weekly e-bulletins, announcement slides, and print collateral. Basic graphic design capability is required.
Digital Media: Maintain the church website and social media platforms, schedule livestreams, prepare weekly member updates via WhatsApp and Telegram, and perform basic audio editing for sermon recordings and delayed livestreams.
Qualifications
Strong command of English.
Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills.
Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading abilities.
Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
Proficiency in creating and managing online forms and digital content.
Working proficiency in Google Forms, Canva, WordPress, Audacity, YouTube, or equivalent platforms.
Remuneration
$3,500 – $4,300 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
