We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Wellness Club Attendant to join our team.

Your role

Customer Experience & Member Support

Your primary responsibility is creating an incredible first impression and delivering an outstanding member experience. You’ll be the face of XtraClubs, ensuring every member feels welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

You’ll be responsible for:

Welcoming members and creating a warm, professional, and friendly atmosphere

Conducting engaging club tours and clearly explaining memberships and facilities

Answering member enquiries and assisting with bookings or account changes using our internal systems

Confidently and calmly resolving customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

Club Standards & Etiquette

A great wellness space relies on a safe, respectful environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the serene, high-end atmosphere that our members love.

You’ll be responsible for:

Ensuring members follow club etiquette and facility rules respectfully

Politely but confidently addressing inappropriate behaviour when required

Fostering a safe, inclusive, and relaxing space for everyone

Cleaning, Operations & Presentation

At XtraClubs, operational excellence goes hand-in-hand with member satisfaction. You’ll ensure our facilities operates safely and stay in immaculate condition.

You’ll be responsible for:

Executing operational checklists to ensure smooth day-to-day club running

Maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the entire club

Restocking towels, and consumables.

Completing daily water testing for our ice baths and dosing pools with chemicals for compliance and water quality (full training provided)

Keeping the club spaces organised and inviting

Our clubs operate from 6:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week.

Typical shifts include:

Morning: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Evening: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with people and naturally delivers outstanding customer service

Possesses a calm, confident, and approachable communication style

Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation

Is comfortable enforcing rules and club etiquette

Is organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently

Feels confident using technology and learning new internal software

Holds a current First Aid & CPR certificate (or is willing to obtain one)

Desirable (but not essential):

Certificate III or IV in Fitness

Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness, health, or retail customer service

Pool or water testing experience
