What You Will Be Doing
Providing administrative support to the Production Manager, Superintendents, and Production Coal teams
Managing diaries, calendars, emails, and confidential documentation
Processing purchase orders, purchase requisitions, notifications, reservations, and expense reconciliations through SAP
Preparing reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and official correspondence
Coordinating meetings, training sessions, workshops, events, and catering requirements
Managing accommodation and travel bookings through AMEX and SAMs systems
Supporting onboarding activities for employees and labour hire personnel
Maintaining document control and records management systems
Monitoring labour hire records and preparing weekly labour hire cost reports using TMT
Assisting with monthly accruals, absenteeism reporting, and finance administration processes
Coordinating vehicle servicing, compliance requirements, uniform orders, and site supplies
Providing administrative coverage during staff absences as required
What You Will Need
Minimum 3 years Admin Experience
Mine Admin Experience Preferred
Sap Experience Preferred
Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
Current Driver’s Licence
