Job Responsibilities
Ensure the financial statements are prepared in accordance with respective financial reporting standards and in a timely manner.
Manage the cash flows of the company to ensure that all collections due are collected and recorded and that payments are made on time and properly supported.
Liaise with the Company's corporate secretary to ensure compliance with all regulatory matters.
Prepare monthly payrolls and ensure staff are paid on time.
Submit monthly CPF returns in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit the Annual Employment Income via the Auto-Inclusion Scheme in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit the quarterly Goods and Services Tax Return on time.
Liaise with the Company's tax agent to ensure that the various corporate tax returns are prepared accurately and filed on time.
Liaise with the Company's auditors to ensure that the audited financial statements are ready on time.
Assist with the submission and renewal of the Company's various licences.
Compile and submit the various surveys (other than the labour survey) required by the Department of Statistics.
Ensure that the dividend payable under the shareholders' agreement are paid out legally and on time.
Administration of the Company's CorpPass and MOM portal.
Prepare any required management reports and complete any ad-hoc work assigned from time to time.
Requirement
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting, with the ability to independently handle the full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to efficiently manage financial records and reporting.
Ability to mentor and support junior finance staff while coordinating accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and record-keeping.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with management, clinical teams, vendors, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
