About the role
This role involves supporting the HR team across recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance activities. You will handle confidential information with discretion and provide general administrative support as needed.
Key responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates
Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and processing terminations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical files) in compliance with company policy and legal requirements
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and overtime
Help administer employee benefits programs and respond to related employee inquiries
Support HR projects such as performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
About you
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
