The Role
This position will be based within a gatehouse at an established distribution center. You will be responsible for coordinating inductions for new arrivals, ensuring site compliance, communicating dispatch instructions to delivery drivers and providing accurate and detailed reports.
Responsibilities
Communicating with inbound delivery drivers and contractors to ensure site compliance
Assist with inductions for contractors, or delivery drivers
Conduct voluntary bag checks on onsite staff
Ensure compliance with safety requirements for all departures
Complete routine patrols of the site
Respond to fire alarm activations, and conduct regular audits of the alarm system

Holds a current QLD security providers licence
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available to work either day shifts or night shifts
Experience with monitoring and operating fire control panels (desirable)
