About Us
Le Mes Beauty is a professional facial and skincare salon located at City Gate Mall. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Telemarketer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
* Introduce our facial promotions and beauty services.
* Arrange and confirm customer appointments.
* Follow up with customers professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Achieve appointment targets while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of telemarketing or outbound sales experience.
* Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
* Confident, persuasive and results-oriented.
* Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

* 4–6 hours per shift

* $12–$16 per hour
* $10 incentive for every customer who attends their appointment.
