The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Chapel Hill team.
This role is designed for someone who wants more than just another portfolio. You’ll have ownership, support and the systems needed to provide excellent service without unnecessary stress.

Field Agent completing routines/open homes

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage your residential portfolio end-to-end
Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee maintenance, compliance and property operations
Provide leadership through your experience and industry knowledge
Contribute positively to a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Strong Property Management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage relationships and solve problems proactively
Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
