Current Assignments:

• Property Manager – Carnegie – Immediate start, PropertyMe experience required, limited out-of-office tasks
• Property Management Admin/Reception – Elwood – 22nd August for 4 weeks (through to 19th September)
• Senior Property Manager – St Kilda East – PropertyMe experience, 14th September for 5 weeks (through to 19th October)
• Reception – CBD – 5 week assignment, parking supplied
• Property Manager – Ascot Vale – Managing a portfolio of 170 properties, PropertyMe experience required

Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Real Estate and Property (essential for all roles)
• Must have recent experience managing a portfolio, along with experience using PropertyMe, PropertyTree, IRE & Inspection Express
• Property Managers must hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable car
• Current Police Check
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Confident walking into new environments and hitting the ground running
