Security Officer – Part-Time

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at Erina, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.
About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.
Positions available: Part-time
Level 2
Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and Afternoon
Roster (example):
Monday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday - 1:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday - 10:00am to 06:00pm
Sunday - 10:00am to 05:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
- Provide a professional and approachable security presence
- Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
- Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
- Adhere to all site and company security protocols
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
- Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
- Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual work history
