We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Kallangur team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to help you succeed. You’ll have access to proven systems, a collaborative team and the resources you need to focus on delivering exceptional service to your clients.

What You’ll Get
$90,000–$95,000 + super + performance-based bonus incentives
Well managed and clean portfolio of aprox 200 properties
Dedicated Field Agent support completing routines and open homes
Flexible working conditions, including 2 days work from home per week after probation
No weekend work required
Birthday leave and one paid volunteer day per year
Ongoing CPD training, Coronis internal training sessions and RESE conference attendance
Regular recognition through Property Management appreciation events, quarterly awards and our annual awards evening
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
Oversee maintenance, inspections and all aspects of day-to-day portfolio management
Provide proactive communication and exceptional service to clients
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding client outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
Minimum of 2 years managing a portfolio previously
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Kolmeo experience preferred but not essential
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
