Full-Time or Part-Time | Up to $40+ per hour permanent rate + generous commissions

Are you an exceptional Senior Hairdresser looking for your next opportunity, or an experienced Stylist ready to take the next exciting step into salon leadership?

Hairloom Collective is growing, and we’re looking for a talented, passionate and polished Senior Hairdresser and/or Salon Manager to join our beautiful Osborne Park salon.

This is more than just another salon position. It’s an opportunity to become an important part of a premium, award-winning salon environment, work with an incredible clientele, create beautiful hair and, for the right person, take on a genuine leadership and management role as the salon continues to grow.

We’re open to hearing from experienced Senior Hairdressers with a minimum of 3–5 years’ senior-level experience, including those who simply love being behind the chair and want to continue developing their craft.

We’re also particularly interested in hearing from Senior Hairdressers with previous management or leadership experience, or someone who may not yet have formal salon management experience but has strong leadership, communication and organisational skills and is ready to step up into management.

The management role may include:

• Day-to-day salon operations.
• Rostering and team coordination.
• Recruitment and onboarding.
• Training and staff development.
• Maintaining exceptional client experience and service standards.
• Supporting retail, rebooking and overall salon performance.
• Helping create a positive, accountable and supportive team culture.
• Working alongside the owners on the continued growth and direction of the salon.
