We are currently partnering with a large 250-bed aged care facility in Bateau Bay that is seeking a General Practitioner to join its team.

The role involves visiting the nursing home, conducting regular rounds, and consulting with elderly residents. Key responsibilities include managing chronic conditions, performing medication reviews, providing dementia care, and coordinating with facility staff and families, with the support of established administrative systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to make a genuine impact in the Central Coast community.

About the role

Location: Bateau Bay, NSW

Billing: 95% of billings + 100% of aged care incentives

Expected earnings: Approximately $3,500 per day

Patient load: 30–40 patients per day (you choose how many patients you see per hour)

Availability: 1–3 days per week

Facility: 250-bed aged care facility

Position: Ongoing permanent role

Parking: On-site parking available

Requirements

FRACGP, MRCGP, or ACRRM (or equivalent)

Ability to adapt to new software and systems

Previous aged care experience preferred
