Join this exciting Australian Biopharma / Biotech organisation during a time of growth and expansion. This organisation has doubled its workforce over the past 12 months and continues to expand its scientific, clinical and operational teams across Australia and internationally.

Reporting to the VP Human Resources, this newly created contract opportunity will play a key role in delivering end to end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of specialist and technical positions.

About the Role

• Manage end to end recruitment across scientific, clinical, technical and corporate functions
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies and workforce planning support
• Source and engage specialised talent in highly competitive markets
• Coordinate interview processes across multiple time zones
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
• Manage agency relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Provide recruitment reporting, market insights and process improvement recommendations

About You

• Previous recruitment experience within biotech, biopharma, pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors
• Proven in house Talent Acquisition experience managing recruitment from brief through to offer
• Strong understanding of scientific, clinical, quality, regulatory and technical talent markets
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, scaling environment
