We're partnering with a well-established and growing FMCG business based in Perth to appoint an experienced IT Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys taking ownership of technology initiatives that directly impact business performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded IT professional who enjoys building relationships across a business, driving projects from concept to completion, and being the go-to person for technology leadership without the responsibility of managing a large team.

The Opportunity

As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation's technology roadmap. Working closely with key stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain and leadership, you will identify opportunities for improvement, lead technology projects, and ensure systems continue to support the business's growth objectives.
This role is highly visible within the organisation and requires someone who is comfortable influencing stakeholders, challenging the status quo, and driving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects across multiple business functions.
• Act as the primary technology liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage and optimise core business applications and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee technology upgrades, implementations and system enhancements.
• Coordinate third-party service providers and technology partners.
• Support strategic planning and technology decision-making.
• Ensure business systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational performance.

About You

We're looking for someone who is energetic, proactive and highly accountable. You don't wait for problems to arise, you identify opportunities, take initiative and drive solutions.

You will ideally bring:

• Proven experience in an IT Manager, Technology Lead or Senior IT Project role.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end IT projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or a similar operational environment.
• The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business would be beneficial
• Strong vendor management experience.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Experience with Triton ERP.
