At Fatbuilds 4x4, we live and breathe high-end, one of a kind four-wheel drive builds, with a specialty in American Trucks that turn heads both on and off the road.
We are known for our precision, passion, and commitment to delivering next-level custom builds to our customers.
We are on the hunt for a highly organised and proactive Parts Coordinator to become a vital part of our fast-paced, hands-on team.
This role is all about keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes — making sure every part arrives on time, every bay stays stocked and every build runs like clockwork.

Who We're Looking For

We’re chasing someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills and the drive to stay two steps ahead.

You’ll be the backbone of our supply chain — keeping freight flowing, inventory dialled in and the workshop team moving efficiently.

Key Attributes:

Have previous experience in a parts, inventory or workshop coordination role (automotive preferred, but not essential)

Be confident navigating supplier portals and raising purchase orders

Be comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking stock movements accurately

Communicate clearly and professionally with both the workshop team and suppliers

Complete weekly stocktakes

Take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and stay calm under pressure

Thrive in a fast-moving environment where every day is different

Ability to unload and movenover stock/parts in warehouse
