We've built a modern, purpose-designed workshop in Geraldton as part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, high-quality, and innovative working environment for our team. This facility is fully equipped with the latest tools, technology, and comfort features, reinforcing our focus on preventative maintenance, safety, and long-term asset care.

Based at our Geraldton depot, you’ll carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of Volvo and Mack heavy multi-combination vehicles, ensuring peak performance and maximum uptime.

Two roster options are available:

Even time roster – 7 days, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off OR;

2:1 roster – 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off

Please indicate your preferred roster when applying.

A Day in the Workshop Might Include:

Maintaining equipment in line with OEM specifications and compliance standards

Diagnosing faults accurately and safely

Reporting emerging issues or faults to management

Managing work orders and promptly responding to driver and workshop requests

Completing documentation and inputting data accurately into systems

$68.94 per hour + super + bonuses

Up to $35,000 in retention bonuses over 5 years ($15k in the first two years!)

Qualifications

C Class Driver’s Licence, or HR Licence (preferable)

Minimum 2 years in maintenance & repair of heavy vehicle and/or trailers (Volvo & Mack preferable)

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic

Experience in vehicle inspections and electric & repairs to heavy duty trucks and trailers

Heavy vehicle authorised examiner certification (desirable but not essential)

Willing to complete a pre-employment medical

Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
