Summary
Manage the end-to-end payroll process and accountable for the accuracy and integrity of employee data.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end payroll process including data validation, salary calculations, and timely salary disbursement for all employees, while ensuring full compliance with employment regulations and handling tax clearance procedures.

Co-ordinate and verify with production supervisor and HR to validate attendance records, attendance approval, shift schedule, overtime claim and leave application before submit to payroll vendor

Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within stipulated timelines.

Prepare payroll reports for other functions and filing for audit purposes.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies relate to attendance, leave and payroll calculations.

Respond to employee’s payroll inquiries regarding salary, deductions, overtimes and statutory matters

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business or HR or relevant qualification

Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with MNC exposure

Strong and up to date knowledge of payroll, HR policies, employment regulations, legislation and best practices

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Good interpersonal skills.

Able to work in fast-paced environment and manage payroll for large headcounts

Strong sense of urgency and able to commit tight deadlines
