We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer for a short term Temp assignment in Sydney CBD.

About the Role You’ll take full ownership of the payroll function for approximately 250 employees, fortnightly paid. Working 5 days per week, you’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless payroll experience for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete end‑to‑end payroll processing using MicrOpay and ConnX
• Manage payroll for approx 250 employees on a fortnightly cycle
• Handle employee payroll queries with professionalism and clarity
• Ensure compliance with awards, legislation, and internal policies
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and prepare reports
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records

About You

• Excellent MicrOpay experience
• Proven experience running end to end payrolls, stand alone
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently
