A leading architecture and design studio with a national presence is seeking a skilled and driven project architect to join their collaborative team. Known for delivering award-winning multi-residential and mixed-use developments, this practice offers the chance to work on impactful projects shaping Australia’s urban future. They’re looking for someone with strong documentation, coordination, and leadership skills. Proficient in ArchiCAD is required. This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered architect ready to take the lead on complex, design-led projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of multi-residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion

Coordinate consultant teams and manage documentation across all project stages

Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing

Ensure design intent is upheld through detailed documentation and construction

Work closely with directors, clients, and collaborators to maintain quality and timelines

Skills & Experience

8 - 10 years’ experience with strong multi-residential project exposure

Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred, or willing to upskill

Registered Architect or on the pathway to registration

Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with consultants and clients
