An established and prominent growing real estate agency is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential real estate sales while learning from experienced agents and receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Sales Consultants with buyer and vendor management
• Conduct buyer follow-up calls and database management
• Attend open for inspections and private appointments
• Prospect for new business opportunities
• Coordinate property marketing campaigns
• Assist with appraisals and listing presentations
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication
• Build strong relationships within the local community

Key Requirements:

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle

This role offers ongoing training, 5.5 day work week, mentorship, career progression opportunities and the chance to develop into a successful standalone Sales Consultant.
