Key Responsibilities

Undertake the development and editing of courseware & assessment materials, including learner guides, slides, assessments, and instructor resources.

Co-design and structuring of new courses, following market demand and regulatory requirements.

Ensure audit-readiness of course files, version controls, and trainer records.

Liaise with Programme Office for submission of course approval/renewal documents.

Ensure all materials are aligned with SSG/SSG-approved templates, ISO 29993 standards, and AKC’s internal quality benchmarks.

Update and improve courseware periodically based on trainer/learner feedback and regulatory changes.

Compile course submission documents (e.g., outlines, lesson plans, assessment rubrics) for approval by SSG or other relevant authorities.

Conduct benchmarking of competitor courses to ensure AKC remains industry-relevant.

Prepare and maintain all compliance documentation for WSQ and Non-WSQ courses.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Education: DACE/DDDLP, Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, or related fields (fresh grads may apply).

Experience: At least 5 years in training/education sector, L&D, or curriculum development.

Skills:

Strong writing, formatting, and document-structuring skills.

Familiarity with training standards (SSG/WSQ, ISO, or similar) an advantage.

Detail-oriented with good organisational ability.

Comfortable working hands-on with trainers and course materials.
