Our client, a Federal Government entity is seeking a Test & Evaluation Specialist.
About the role - Test & Evaluation Specialist
Reduce technical and program risk through early verification planning, clear linkage between requirements, design, and acceptance evidence and increased confidence in system compliance and capability delivery.
Duties - Test & Evaluation Specialist
- Develop a controlled, traceable, and capability-aligned requirements baseline
- Establish and maintain a rigorous, end-to-end assessment and verification framework across complex, safety-critical systems
- Ensure support system outputs are clearly defined, logically structured, and aligned with capability outcomes
Skills / Experience - Test & Evaluation Specialist
- Experience integrating Test and Evaluation planning directly into the requirements baseline
- Experience ensuring each requirement is measurable, testable, and supported by an evidence based verification method
- Experience maintaining a robust, auditable, and defensible requirements baseline throughout the program lifecycle
