Role Overview: Infinity is seeking a Interior Design (Commercial Interiors) to plan, execute, and lead commercial interior projects from concept through completion. This position is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and is passionate about delivering spaces that inspire and engage people.

Key Responsibilities:

● Good knowledge and experience in commercial and workplace interior design.

● Able to develop 2D space planning and produce 3D visualisations/renderings.

● Develop comprehensive construction drawing sets for tender and project execution.

● Prepare mood boards, material selections, and material specifications, ensuring alignment with the approved/sign-off renders.

● Work closely with the design team and contribute effectively throughout different project phases.

● Assist the Team Leader with design concepts, space planning, and design development.

● Support the team in managing project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.

● Assist with all aspects of the design process as required.

● Possess basic knowledge of site coordination and site matters.

● Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with suppliers and contractors, including bilingual communication where required.

● Able to travel within APAC when required for projects or site visits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial and workplace interior design.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.

Experience in preparing construction drawings and tender documentation is preferred.

Design Skills: Strong understanding of space planning, concept development, material selection, and construction detailing.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal team members.

Coordination: Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a design team and coordinate multiple project requirements and deadlines.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve design and project issues and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Site Knowledge: Basic understanding of site coordination, construction processes, and site requirements.

Language Skills: Bilingual communication skills are an advantage, particularly for coordination with suppliers and contractors.

Mobility: Willingness to travel within the APAC region when required for projects and site visits.
