Massage Therapist – Job Description

We’re seeking a dedicated, client-focused, and highly skilled Massage Therapist to deliver outstanding treatments tailored to our guests' needs. We welcome specialists in pregnancy, deep tissue, or relaxation massage.

🔹 Flexible shifts available between 9 AM – 9 PM, including weekends

Your responsibilities include:

Providing massage treatments to bathhouse guests: relaxation, pregnancy & deep tissue.

Greeting guests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and that the guests’ expectations are exceeded for their wellness experience.

Turning over massage linen and cleaning the treatment room in between clients.

Ensuring the massage facilities are clean, hygienic, safe and compliant at all times.

Daily meeting with the Bathhouse Hosts to discuss feedback, daily schedule and new bathhouse initiatives.

As the suitable candidate you will posses:

Passion for the health and wellness industry.

Excellent massage and customer service skills.

Qualifications in Massage Therapy (domestic & international are acceptable).

A welcoming and calming personality. A positive, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed and always perform to a high standard.

Immaculate grooming, presentation and hygiene standards.

Current Insurance, First Aid and CPR certification.

The ability to be flexible to work weekends, nights, school holidays and public holidays as required.
