About the role
Shape the future of health and community services training across regional and remote Western Australia. As Portfolio Manager Health, Education and Community Services, you will provide strategic leadership for a diverse training portfolio that helps build the skilled workforce our communities need.

Working closely with industry, government and community partners, you will lead high-performing teams, drive innovation and quality, and ensure training remains responsive to workforce and community priorities. Your leadership will create positive outcomes for students, employers and the regions we serve, while supporting workforce development across critical health and community services sectors.

We are looking for people who are passionate about education, collaborative in their approach and motivated by making a meaningful difference in regional communities. You will be a strategic leader who can inspire teams, build strong partnerships and deliver sustainable outcomes.

If you have expertise in leadership, stakeholder engagement, workforce development and managing education or training operations, we want to hear from you. Management-level experience within the VET sector is highly desirable, and knowledge of the health care and/or community services industries will be highly regarded.
