Key Responsibilities
Process withdrawal requests and verify client details and funding
Ensure timely debit/credit of customer funds
Maintain client and static data in the back-office system
Handle commission and rebate computations
Support workflow improvements and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance or related field
1–3 years of operations/back-office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous.
