About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support & AI Coordinator to support the National Business Manager and Sales team across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, claims, rebates and customer pricing across relevant systems.
• Prepare new line forms, promotional submissions and customer information.
• Support customer, BDM and internal enquiries and follow up outstanding actions.
• Manage Sales Co-op budgets, invoices, accruals and activity tracking.
• Coordinate merchandising activities, POS requirements and distribution.
• Support sales, scan and promotional reporting, forecasting and customer analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations and clear sales communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce administration.
• Support the use of AI and productivity tools to streamline recurring tasks, reporting and communication.
• Develop simple templates and processes to improve team efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure information and outputs are accurate, appropriate and commercially relevant.

About You

• Experience in sales support, administration, customer service or a similar role.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Commercially minded, proactive and solutions focused.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and new technology.
• Curious about AI and how it can be practically applied in the workplace.
• Ability to build strong relationships across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other teams.
