Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, accounting, and day-to-day finance operations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the Finance Board.
- Oversee annual audits, budgeting, and regulatory submissions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Coordinate financial matters with parishes and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the main contact for finance-related enquiries.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or a recognised professional accounting qualification.
- 5 to 7 years of accounting and finance experience, including financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and full sets of accounts.
- Experience supervising and developing finance staff
- Experience in the charity, non-profit, or church sector is an advantage but not essential.
