This represents a rare opportunity with an impressive accounting firm based in Sydney CBD with multiple offices throughout the countrry. This firm focuses on providing premium accounting and advisory services to high net worth individuals and wealthy family groups.

POSITION

Due to incredible growth and an influx in premium clients, the position of Managing Director has been created.

This role will involve the following:

• Manage a high quality client base of premium ultra high net worth clients
• Extensive client relationship management
• Provide expert technical tax advice
• New business development

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice (Big 4, mid tier or a credible family office)
• Experience with ultra high net worth clients
• A very strong foundation in business services + tax
• Experience with trusts, intergenerational structures, business sales + more
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Outstanding personal presentation
• Ability to present to a board, attend networking events, long lunches etc
• Ability to build trust and rapport
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Stable employment history
