Job Scope:
Lead and supervise mechanical installation works for Chemical, Slurry, and Utility systems.
Review and interpret P&IDs, layouts, isometric drawings, and mechanical drawings, with basic AutoCAD drafting skills.
Manage subcontractors and monitor daily installation progress, manpower deployment, and productivity.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and other disciplines to resolve site and technical issues.
Prepare progress reports, installation updates, quantity tracking, work schedules, and project documentation.
Prepare project budgets, material take-offs, costing sheets, and variation claims while monitoring project costs.
Conduct site inspections and ensure installation quality, materials, manpower, and project progress comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules.
