A Queensland Government Power Platform Team is seeking an experienced Copilot Studio Technical SME / Developer Lead for a newly established role focused on Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agent delivery.

This is not a general Power Platform developer role. Candidates must have demonstrated, hands-on enterprise experience delivering Copilot Studio solutions - agent design, conversational design, prompt engineering, knowledge integration, orchestration, governance, and production deployment.

Copilot Studio experience is mandatory. Generic AI, chatbot, Azure OpenAI, or Power Platform experience alone is not sufficient - resumes must clearly outline specific Copilot Studio projects, your role, and outcomes achieved.

Mandatory Skills/Experience

• Microsoft Copilot Studio Agent development (essential) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Demonstrated enterprise AI Agent delivery using Copilot Studio - design, prompt engineering, knowledge integration, secure deployment DevOps and ALM practices for Copilot Studio solutions

Desirable

• Azure AI services / Microsoft AI Foundry
• Experience maturing AI/Copilot Studio capability and governance frameworks
• Security/compliance experience (IS18 / ISMS)
• Experience in large, complex (government) organisations
