The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a tidy residential portfolio, with ongoing support from an experienced team and leadership that is invested in your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 70 residential properties
• Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Managing rental arrears and tenancy matters
• Delivering exceptional customer service

About You

• Previous experience in Property Management or a Property Management support role
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
