The Opportunity:

We have partnered with a fast-growing, digital-first university, seeking a hands-on Ellucian Banner Technical Lead to architect, integrate, and modernise a high-scale enterprise ERP stack.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the senior technical authority for Ellucian Banner architecture, setting development standards and mentoring developers/DBAs.
• Lead the technical enhancement, version upgrades, and release management of core ERP modules across Student, Finance, and HR/Payroll.
• Design and oversee robust data integrations using Banner APIs and Ethos to seamlessly connect the SIS with Salesforce CRM and Canvas LMS.
• Serve as the highest escalation point for complex production issues, utilising advanced Oracle database and PL/SQL performance tuning.

Essential Experience:

• 8+ years developing and administering Ellucian Banner ERP within higher education.
• Proven background as a Banner Tech Lead, Senior Banner Developer or equivalent position.
• Expert hands-on skills in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, and Banner Extensibility.
• Experience integrating Banner with LMS (Canvas) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms.
