The Firm & The Role
We are currently working with a respected national firm, who are looking for a Construction Litigation Lawyer to join their Construction team in Brisbane.

This role will see you working closely with experienced partners on a broad range of complex and high-value construction disputes, while also being given the support to build your own practice and progress as part of the team. You will be working on matters such as:

• Commercial and residential construction disputes;
• Regulatory and enforcement matters arising under building and licensing legislation;
• Commercial building and development disputes involving contractors, developers and consultants; and
• Insolvency, recovery and enforcement proceedings arising from construction and building matters.

About You

• 2–4 years’ PAE in construction litigation/disputes
• A proactive approach and willingness to take on responsibility
• Interest in developing a long-term career in construction law
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
