About the Position

An opportunity currently exists for a Building Supervisor to join the construction team in a position managing 6-8 projects across Southside Brisbane and Gold Coast. Operating in a team of 4 Supervisors and reporting to a CM,

You will be responsible for:

Management of all trades and subcontractors

Scheduling and calling up for trades and materials

Quality control on job sites ensuring clean tidy sites adhering to company policies

About the Successful candidate

We're looking for a passionate Site Supervisor who enjoys working on quality projects. Candidates can come from either a project home or custom home background.

Minimum 2 years supervising experience

QLD Supervisors or Builders Licence

Trade qualified

Passionate about delivering quality homes

Tech savvy and able to operate on electronic systems

Team player!
