Ideally, You Have:

Proven selling experience for New Zealand, Australia & the Pacific Islands (essential)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Sabre and airfare knowledge (preferred)

Call‑centre experience (preferred)

Ability to work under pressure

Availability to work weekends

Ski product knowledge (a bonus)
