The Role
This is your foot in the door to becoming a high-performing Buyer’s Agent.
You’ll work side-by-side with a successful Buyer’s Agent, learning how deals are done while being hands-on across the entire buying journey. From sourcing off-market opportunities to attending inspections and managing clients, you’ll be in the thick of it from day one. It’s fast-paced, client-facing, and perfect for someone who wants to build a long-term career in property.

The Candidate

• Real estate certificate or licence (or currently working towards it)
• Experience in real estate or a strong interest in moving into the industry
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Proactive, switched on and not afraid to pick up the phone
• Keen to learn, grow and eventually step into a Buyer’s Agent role

The Client
You’ll be joining a well-known, high-performing Buyer’s Agency with a strong brand and presence across the Gold Coast. They’re big on growth, training and giving their team real exposure to deals, clients and industry relationships. If you want to learn from people who are actually doing it at a high level, this is the place.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting a Buyer’s Agent across the full purchasing process
• Sourcing on and off-market opportunities
• Attending inspections and reporting back on properties
• Building relationships with local agents
• Assisting with client communication and updates
• Researching properties, running reports and preparing options
• Managing CRM, proposals and general admin support
• Helping generate new buyer leads and opportunities
